NUTRITION PROGRAMS

Meet and Eat

 Nutrition Programs offered by Lifescape Community Services, Inc., provide hot, nutritious meals at the Keen Age Center daily in the Community Room. Lunch menus are developed with variety in mind. Suggested donation for meal sites is $2.50. To make reservations for lunch or ask what is on the menu, please call LIFESCAPE Community Services at 815-963-1609.

Meals on Wheels

 Meals on Wheels are hot, nutritious meals delivered to the homes of frail, older adults. Meals are provided by Lifescape Community Services, Inc., and are delivered by Boone County Council on Aging Volunteers from our community. Thank you to all our volunteers. We couldn't do it without your help and enthusiasm. For questions or concerns about the Meals on Wheels program, please call 815-544-9893.
